I just placed an order, when will it ship?

We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Please allow 3-5 business days production time for your order to ship out. Average shipping times are 5-10 days. We ensure each order is hand-packed and fulfilled with upmost care.

Should you have opted for the Priority Insured Shipping during checkout, tracking numbers will be updated 2-3 days after your order has been SHIPPED. If you don't have a tracking number after 5 business days please email us at love@lovelines.me. Should you not have received your order 15 business days after you've placed your order, feel free to get in touch at the email address mentioned above and we'll give you an update on your order.

I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?

We offer a 100% money back guarantee, if the product is defective or damaged. Unfortunately we can't refund a bread that does not taste like your grandmother's, since time and money was spent baking and getting the bread to you. However, should your product be damaged or defective, we give you 14 days to send it back to us for a full refund. You must ship it back at your own expense. Once we have received the product we will refund the full amount of your original purchase. Please Include a name, email address and order number on the returned parcels.

Please Note: If you your package is on the way, you must wait for it to arrive and return it before you will be receiving a refund.

Can I cancel my order?

You are able to cancel your order with no penalty, with the following conditions kept in mind: You must cancel your order before production begins. Since our products are personalized, we can not cancel and resell orders again, therefore you are still liable for the cost of the product even if you cancel.

I have entered an incorrect address, what do I do now?

If you have misspelled or auto-filled an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm. Alternatively send us an email at love@lovelines.me and remember to include your name, order email and order number. Please note that you will need to do so within 24 hours of ordering your product as we can not cancel or change a delivery address after the order has already been shipped. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.
